Welding technology

Optimized welding electrodes and welding powders are manufactured that are most suitable for the intended application and composition of the parts to be welded.

In addition to metal and alloy powders (Fe, Mn, Cr, and ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, among many others), slag-forming components (such as silicates, aluminosilicates, TiO2 and titanates), fluxes (such as fluorites, fluorides and borates), arc-stabilizing raw materials (minerals containing K2O and chemicals), CO2-producing carbonates and binding agents (silicates, organica) are used.

In developing and optimizing suitable raw materials, we have been working closely together with manufacturers and their respective welding product developers for over 60 years. As result of this collaboration, we offer an exceptionally wide range of raw materials, which have been tested and approved by our customers.

We continuously work on the further development and optimization of raw materials, including customized materials.
